Questions about this issue

What does 'pressing details not yet confirmed' mean?

The label or a trusted reviewer hasn't published the mastering engineer, the source (analog tape vs. digital), or the pressing plant yet. We only give a pressing note when one of those is on the record, and we link to the source.

Which of this week's records were pressed at Quality Record Pressings?

Chuck Berry's Back Home and Muddy Waters Sings "Big Bill" (Chess/Acoustic Sounds) and Coleman Hawkins' Wrapped Tight (Verve Acoustic Sounds). The label stores say all three come from the original analog tapes on 180-gram vinyl; Wrapped Tight was mastered by Matthew Lutthans.

When is Record Store Day Black Friday 2026?

Friday, Nov 27, 2026. Record Store Day's official Special Releases page lists the US titles, and RSD UK publishes its own list.

Is the Rega Replay sold in the US?
